The study was carried out to assess the classroom environment in relation to students’ performance in Agricultural science in Bauchi metropolis. Four research questions were formulated and answered. The population was all secondary schools in Bauchi metropolis, and simple random sampling was used to select six (6) secondary schools, which represents the entire population. Data were collected using check list and previous results of NECO.

The study was conducted to investigate the interference of pidgin English on the conventional English language. Specifically, the four skills of English which are- listening, speaking, reading and writing were examined to find out the impact of pidgin English on the conventional English. The sample consisted of 240 students randomly selected from public senior secondary schools out of the fifteen in Oredo Local Government Area of Edo State, Nigeria. Descriptive survey design was adopted for the study.

In this paper, we introduced the concept of maximizing the Throughput of the system while maintaining optimum signal-to-interference ratios (SIR) by means of optimizing the powers between the terminals inside the cellular system. We have looked at network in which different terminals are assigned unequal transmission priorities and tried to optimize the overall throughput while maintaining equal signal-to interference ratio by way of power control of the transceivers. Optimization technique was used to derive the mathematical models for simulation.
