Access to clean and potable water has remained a great problem to most urban settlements in Nigeria. A wide range of water problems face individuals residing around Enugu municipality. These problems include, contamination problem, unsustainable use of groundwater and water scarcity. The aim of this research paper is to investigate the levels of some physico- chemical and bacteriological concentrations in different underground wells at different locations within Enugu municipality, with a view of identifying the most contaminated areas.

The study is designed to investigate the factors that influence students’ attitude towards the study of Introductory Technology in Oredo Local government Areas of Edo State. The survey research method was adopted for the study samples were carefully selected through the use of simple random sampling techniques. The sample for the study consisted of 200 Junior Secondary School Student from 10 schools in Oredo Local Government areas of Edo State. The research instrument is a questionnaire which was used for data collection. Data collected was analyzed using the mean and standard deviation.

Foods of the world are typically characterized by specific herbs and spices that are native to the area. This paper therefore reviewed the health benefits of some herbs and spices in Nigeria. It noted their importance as a recipe for healthy living and disease prevention and further proffers strategies for their enhancement.

Today nearly one in six people worldwide is chronically malnourished to lead a productive active life. Over the past 10 years, this problem has worsened. Throughout the world, the problems of food crisis are widespread and growing. It exists in virtually every nation but is most common in developing countries. Within the developing world, approximately 1 billon people are malnourished as a result of food crisis which is the main cause of food insecurity, malnutrition and others. This paper examined the causes of food crisis, the effects and some possible solutions.

The study was carried out mainly to investigate the job satisfaction among academic staff of Adamawa State College of Education, Hong and how it affects their productivity. The population for the study comprised all academic staff of Adamawa State College of Education Hong. Questionnaire was used to collect data from the academic staff in the college. Mean, standard deviation and Z-test of difference between means were used to analyse the data.

This study was aimed at assessing continuing education programmes in Edo State. One hundred and fifty (150) respondents constituted the sample used for the study. A questionnaire was development by the researchers and used for the collection of data. The content validity of the questionnaire was determined by three experts from the Faculty of Education and the test-retest method was used for the reliability of the study. The analysis was done using frequency count and simple percentage.

The study was carried out to assess the classroom environment in relation to students’ performance in Agricultural science in Bauchi metropolis. Four research questions were formulated and answered. The population was all secondary schools in Bauchi metropolis, and simple random sampling was used to select six (6) secondary schools, which represents the entire population. Data were collected using check list and previous results of NECO.
